Mix the first 5 things in a HUGE mixing bowl. Melt the rest in a large saucepan (about 10 minutes). Mix together and press into a 13x18 jelly roll pan lined with parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to make them dense and even. Note - try different combinations of fruits and nuts and substitutions for the other stuff. Bran or ground flaxseed for wheat germ. Butterscotch or white choco chips. Almond butter. Agave or corn syrup. Almond or orange extract. Texture can really vary depending upon what you put in it.
